Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm transportation rides.
- Monitor drivers' scheduled rides on a daily basis.
- Conduct confirmation calls with clients and facilities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities.
- Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, documentation, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Office Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, handling emails and organizing meetings.
- Assist with office supplies inventory management.
- Organize and maintain office equipment, ensuring everything is functional and repaired when necessary.
- Learn alongside HR/Scheduler to efficiently dispatch and organize the schedule when needed.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
